agoThis time, my stay wasn't so pleasantt. This morning, I inquired about the breakfast. A waitress answered my question and gave me a menu. She then asked a fellow waitress to ensure the information she gave me was correct. I had no concerns with that. A few seconds go pass and a man comes from the back asking her if she's OK. He looks at me several times and ask her again "You Good". She replies yes everything is OK. I found that to be rude and disrespectful. And the several looks directly to me seemed very racial.There were no loud voices or tones that warranted his behavior. After that, I chose not to have the breakfast. This occurred towards the end of my stay. At this point, I don't think I will use this hotel again.

The hotel was nice and in a quiet sector. But the pool door didn't open so we could never get into the pool, which was one of the reasons I had chosen this hotel. Breakfast is not included.

Solid business hotel in Gaithersburg/Rockville area. Good highway and major road access and easy/in out. It's attached to a Homewood Suites that I've stayed at a bunch of times as well. Both are good choices and they share a lower level fitness center and pool that are both serviceable. Staff are friendly and easy-going. If you're on the Hilton Garden side you need to pay for breakfast, while on the Homewood side it's included. The breakfast is better on the Hilton Garden side because they'll make eggs to order.

Not having period products on hand is as unacceptable as not having toilet paper. Waited 20 minutes for a server at breakfast before I got up and found one to ask how to order food. Then my "made to order" breakfast was cold and soggy. But nothing is more dehumanizing than walking in the cold rain with wadded up toilet paper in your pants, hoping you don't leak before you find a solution. Do better.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. The location is great. There is a nice waking path to a shopping center nearby. I would recommend this place because of the friendly staff. It's nice to be treated like you are appreciated and welcome.

Was given a room on the top floor, end of the very hotel, and the elevator wasn't working. There was no offer to help with bags. The room smelled overwhelmingly musty and was outdated. Overall a very disappointing experience.
